Privacy statement

Since 25 May 2018 our club is required to publish a statement about privacy legislation.

Our club processes your personal data in accordance with the privacy statement required by law.

This statement, also called the register of processing activities, includes the following:

• The purposes for which the club processes personal data;
• How long the club keeps personal data and/or the criteria used to set the retention period;
• Which third parties receive this personal data;
• A member can withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time;
• A member can request access to, correction of and deletion of personal data. A request for deletion automatically means cancelling the membership. The data is deleted once the cancellation has been settled financially;
• Members also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
